David Yurman 30th Anniversary

Emmy attended a new event yesterday, May sixth! She attended the thirtieth anniversary celebration of David Yurman and was pictured with fellow actress Michelle Trachtenberg!

What do you think of her look? I absolutely adore her hair, I love that style on her. The make-up is alright, not my favorite, but it works with the dress, and the dress is kind of growing on me. Plus, bonus points for hanging out with another one of my favorite ladies, Michelle.

Gosh, it's pretty hard to really get a good look against that black background. I'm undecided. It's not my favourite shade of red on her, but yeah - kudos for being wiith MT!

I love her hair like that too! It's one of my favourite hair styles of hers as well.
I actually like the lipstick, it has a pretty colour and I think it works for her (while red doesn't so much imo), and it's a nice difference to rather nude tones (though they work great on her; but it's just nice to see something different again). The eye make up makes her look a little bit tired I think.

I'm not definitely sure about the dress. In the first pictures I saw it looked really bright and shiny (Maybe because of the camera flash), but it seems to be rather grayish and a bit pale in reality, so I don't know.

LOL Speaking of pale, Emmy (who I've always considered quite pale) seems almost tan next to Michelle Trachtenberg! I didn't know they were friends, but they look really cute together!

I like the lipstick color on her, too. It goes better with her complexion and coloring than something like bright red, I think. I thought the same about the eye make-up. I kind of like it, but it does almost make her look tired.

The dress definitely photographs differently depending on how the light catches it! And haha, I know what you mean about Michelle versus Emmy! Emmy's always been a pale person to me, but Michelle's a whole different level of pale!
